“Compound Gin” is obtained by the aromatization from the aromatic preparations and natural aromas of 12 botanicals, partially derived in part from Italy and in part of the rest the world. This gin is a balance between the spicy taste (due to the presence of mixed peppers, cinnamon, cardamom), aromatic (due to the presence of aromatic plants of the Mediterranean such as sage, rosemary, basil) and citrus (due to the presence of lemons and oranges) where juniper, as tradition dictates, plays a leading role.
How to pair it
It is optimal for mixology and for the preparation of cocktails such as Martini Dry Cocktail or the classic Gin&Tonic. The recipe of the Master Distiller was created in collaboration with an investor that would like to remain anonymous. Gin’s alcohol content is 40-45% vol.
